"Quick stop at the shop yesterday for my first time. Ordered a takeaway Calamari for R80. Best Calamari I have had in years. Really clean establishment. Met the friendly owner Grant and had a nice conversation. As a resident in St Helena Bay I will be a regular client for sure and try other menu items."

"Let's begin with the low rating of Atmosphere. Although there is mo direct view of the sea, the Seafood Cartel does offer clean outdoor and indoor seating. The latter is an option, if it's raining, and you prefer not to sitting in your car. Next, if you're mostly interested in excellent quality fish and chips, quanity, and overall value for money, it's a no brainer. Seafood Cartel comes out on top in all three categories. Portions, prices a quality are far ahead if their two neighbouring rivals, BP Marina, and Oppokaai. The best takeaway fish and chips in ALL of St Helena Bay. R95 for a have parcel compared to R159 offered by one of its rivals. If you want freshly prepared fish and chips, be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes. Without mentioning the name of one if the other two takeaways, you can receive your food in 5 minutes, but that's if you're prepared to accept already prepared food, which is then popped into the microwave oven fir a quick warming."

"My first time coming to St Helena bay. We just had to go get some fish and chips and to my suprise this place was super awesome. Friendly service from staff and owner being a very friendly person with a great personality thank you. The food was fresh as they say anything fresher is still swimming lol. Thank you Seafood Cartel. Definitely a must go to and money well spent."
